I can guarantee that the kitchen MUST be properly measured. And the kitchen place you buy it from check their cals too. I live in a two bedroom unit and if you are not getting a new stove etc. it is reasonably cheap and only so much you can choose from. Really worth it though! My kitchen is small and now looks large- i have a lighter kitchen and L shaped not U shaped now the benches are wider now than my old one was.
